Elias brings over 35 years of law enforcement experience as a retired Chicago Police Commander. He is well known throughout the law enforcement, security, and emergency management communities. His contacts within these communities, worldwide, are unparalleled. He is well known in the Greek communities of Illinois, especially within the City of Chicago. Honest, trustworthy, and a man of integrity, Elias ensures our team is led with a focus on professionalism.

Aristotelis "Telly" Voulgaris - Managing Partner
Aristotelis boasts over 9 years of security experience, most notably with the Chicago Cubs where he served as field training officer for over 30 campus security staff and redesigned the Campus Security patrol system and routes. He augmented the Chicago Cubs executive protection team on numerous occasions — most notably during the 2024, 2025, and 2026 Cubs Conventions where he was assigned to the player protection detail, earning multiple awards during his tenure. Aristotelis has also provided security for countless events in the Greek community including street festivals, weddings, church events, and Panhellenic Scholarship Foundation galas. He maintains a strong network of security professionals and holds every contractor to the highest standard.
